Join us for a writing retreat in Midcoast Maine.
Writer’s Cove is a charming studio mere steps from the Sheepscot River where you can rest, relax, and write those pages.
If you are looking for a little guidance and/or feedback on your work, are interested in workshopping pages, or searching for tips to take your process and craft to the next level, we can help.
Toni Chappell has worked with aspiring writers and published authors alike. She earned her MA with Distinction and her PhD in Creative Writing from Bath Spa University in England where she was shortlisted for both the Janklow-Nesbitt Prize for fiction and the Fish Poetry Prize. She is also the author of HealthTracks: A Child’s Health History and co-author of additional titles in that series. Chappell’s most recent work blends biofiction and found poetry to tell the story of Mary Lincoln after the assassination of her husband. A second novel recounts a brutal murder during the Colorado winter of 1909.
Workshopping, editing, and feedback are available as add-ons to your stay.
Writer’s Cove is available year-round for self-directed writing retreats. Please message directly with preferred dates as prices change seasonally.
