I have an MA with Distinction and a PhD in Creative Writing from Bath Spa University in England where I was shortlisted for the Janklow-Nesbitt Prize and the Fish Poetry Prize. I am the author of HealthTracks: A Child’s Health History and co-author of additional titles in that series. My recent work explores the convergence of biofiction and found poetry to tell the story of Mary Lincoln following the assassination of her husband. My novel in process investigates the true story of a brutal murder in Denver, Colorado, two days after Christmas, 1909.

I work with aspiring writers and published authors alike.
